Stayed here because of ratings in RV Park Reviews. What a terrible experience. Stayed in #18 on the end. No patio: just driveway stones and people walking and riding bikes through the area outside our door until 10 PM. Dog feces all over the place which made for even more flies. They seem to have dog rules in their brochure but all the "permanent" residents bring their pooches down to 18 to do their thing!! The park is in disrepair. The owners are nice but this doesn't make up for the FILTH!!! This park butts up to another mobile home park that had loud noises and partying. I would have driven another 100 miles to avoid staying in this mess had I known!!!

Very friendly staff. Clean campgrounds, Quiet.

Dogs running loose. Dog feces at the campsites. Unfriendly Staff. Move down the road to the KOA or Overnight RV.

Bad neighborhood, gang bangers cruise park. No staff on duty in the evening. Dangerous neighborhood, police car sirens and police activity all around. Not safe to walk anywhere in the area. Not a safe place for older people or children. Spoke with police officer and he suggested that we could find safer locations in Mesa and Apache Junction.

One of the best we have ever stayed in. Concrete pads. Staff is the "best". Stayed for two weeks.

Parked in area across the bridge. Very quiet. Nice walking area. Staff very courteous. Stayed for 4 nights.

Great people managing this park. Very friendly atmosphere. Park is clean and staff is very helpful.
